agreed, without MSD's which will be sizeable, but a given if you have the cash, you wont get below 1100-1200 without money down and MSD's. they want to move these cars and there are still a few of them available so just stick to your plan and go from there. Make sure they do not try and mark up the MF on you or any other fees.
+1 to be on the look out for the dealerships marking up the MF if you qualify for tier 1 credit.

If you can't work out a deal now, don't sweat it either. In a few months- the hoards of 2016 i8s sitting on the lots now (over 450 at the moment) will soon be discounted down, and just as affordable as the 2015s are come the end of summer/fall just in time for xmas.
