-Best tech in the industry
-Supercharger network
-Overall "Silicon Valley" image vibe/aura of the brand
-Never having to deal with salespeople. The simplicity and transparent nature of ordering a car online EXACTLY how you want it is refreshing and much needed in the industry as a whole
