I yelled and threatened legal action for quite some time. They finally said that it has been forwarded to BMW NA. There is a code S0777 on the ECU. An entirely different controller than the battery and HV system. Meaning tuned or not it has ZERO correlation to the current issue at hand. But due to hurricane i will not hear back from the dealership until friday at the very earliest. Most likely not until monday/tuesday. Oh they also wanted to make a claim that because I coded in a new 12v battery since the HV system was not charging the 12v system. I had "significantly tampered" with the design and opperation of the system.
