This is a vendor, selling a product that will certainly alter the appearance of the car - at least the part of the brake calipers that are visible - for a fee, time and money. Just like lowering the chassis, this appeals to the esthetic sense of some owners. Functionally, not so much, but we're all enthusiasts here, and personal taste is, well, personal taste, and the more aftermarket options the better for any new model's acceptance and success in my experience. Purple paint is a good look for some.
