I've seen a similar issue with my iX I haven't gotten to the bottom of. The frustrating part is that there is no info in the app/car about why charging was interrupted. So I have no idea what to try and fix with wiring and/or EVSE.
At home and destination level 2 chargers I've never seen a charging fault. Car always charges 100% reliably. At our cabin, I see charging interrupted 20-30% of the time. If I unplug/replug the car charging starts back up again. It's unlikely to be an amperage issue. I have a 50 amp charger on a 40 amp breaker. The charger is correctly configured to max out at 32 amps for the 40 amp circuit. The charger is a Grizzl-E, which have generally been well reviewed.
