Also Luis Vuitton still make their products in their own workshops in France, Italy, Spain and... The USA and using the highest quality materials and are designed to last a long time. That explains the price they command. Of course what the brand is worth in the eyes of consumers explain the price of the LV pieces (but you don't command these prices based on Marketing only, quality plays a massive role)... BTW most of the "LV" stuff you see out there are probably fake due to a massive counterfeiting industry, but I can tell you firsthand the real thing is great quality and lasts for ages...
