Sign me up. Still deciding between the i8 and the i8 Spyder

Seriously has anyone put a deposit on one? Is that even possible? I would love to be the first one (or one of the first) in the US with one of these.

At $125k it's actually (relatively) affordable. Even if it ends up being priced at $150k in the US, it's still reasonable. When the news about the i8 concept going into production first came out I remember thinking that it will end up being $250k or more, and a lot of articles and such were speculating similar pricing.

I'd also imagine that the Spyder will cost a lot more, similar to the R8 and R8 Spyder pricing differences.

The Panamera S I test drove a while back was $121k and while the Panamera has immense road presence and is an awesome car to drive, I think an i8 will be that much more rare without costing 2x - 3x as much. $125-$150k is not unreasonable at all for this car.

BTW I can care less about how green it is, I just love the car and the technology. Green, blue, whatever - it's just gorgeous.
