It's an odd sort of a situation for sure, but why is it assumed it's broken down? No flashing hazard lights, no tow truck there either. Plus if it did break down how did the driver leave and why would they leave until the car was safely towed? These are pre-production vehicles now and they are only allowed to be driven on public roads by BMW employees. Plus, there are only a handful of them here in the States, do you think someone would just leave it there unattended? Maybe the driver ran off into the woods for a couple minutes to "relieve" themselves??
