It seems like everyone loves the idea of the i8 and the base is very good but all it needs is a bit more optimization and/or refinement with the details.
For something that is likely to be a lot more common in the future, I think BMW nailed the i8. People should be looking at the i8 for what it's meant to and for not something meant to compete with the much more sporty cars of today.
