Boy, some carbon fiber manufacturers are rubbing their hands together and salivating at this baby! I think it's a great direction for BMW - they have a significant enough presence in the high-performance sport category with the M cars and have proven they are worthy amongst some of the best in the world. The light-weight, alternative powered commuter vehicles will continue to be a strong segment amongst vehicle buyers.

Kudos BMW!

PS. Try to get glass insurance for the front windscreen... yikes!
