For those that have experienced this issue, do you recall the level of fuel in the tank when the problem occurred?
I have just had a software update done that was supposed to have fixed the problem.
Pre update it did it when I had run the tank to empty, and it got stuck on 25%.
Post software update, I have just had the same problem - this time stuck at 95%. Tank more or less empty (5 miles remaining).
The theory being that it only does it on very low fuel levels.
If this is the case then I'd live with it rather than have the car disassembled (with all the potential issues that reassembly might cause).
Any input gratefully received before I drop my car off again.
