My son's 2015 116d had the constant head unit rebooting issue. I stumbled across this forum when Googling the problem. I contacted Adam, who seemed to be recommended by other users (Whatsapp is 07398936603). He was brilliant! He gave me a link to download a huge programme to my laptop - it took a day to download. Once I'd downloaded it, he logged in via TeamViewer and sorted the problem in an hour. Initially I was sceptical about letting some 'random internet guy' loose on my laptop, and on my son's car, but after chatting to him for a few minutes it was confident he was genuine, and capable of doing the job. Payment was made by PayPal only after the work was complete and we were happy the issue was resolved. Definitely recommended.
