I was talking to chemical engineering classmate about carbon fiber a decade ago. We said that whoever comes up with a cheap and quick way to mass produce carbon fiber will make a mint. Looks like it's finally happening. Car companies will leap-frog over Aluminum and go straight to carbon. The future is bright for renewable materials.
