Most dealerships have only two or three "i Certified" technicians, so if he/she is already on a large job, your car isn't getting worked on anytime soon. Again, I understand the frustration, but that's how the system works.
Can agree, mine has been taken home overnight. I didn't appreciate the mileage, but the dealership is responsible if anything goes wrong, so whatever.
