Hmm, I guess that lines up with the battery size of around 8.1kW. You get 2,500 for the first 5kW, then $417 for each kW over 5, up to $7500. I was hoping for more, but I'll take what I can get. I wish that bill that would have made it a point of purchase rebate instead of a tax credit had gone through.
