Call roadside assistance for a jump start if you're in a hurry to drive it, or buy a battery maintainer for your M5 if you leave it parked for long periods of time.
The tiny 12V aux battery in your i3 is not up to the task of jumping an ICE vehicle, and is fragile enough with lifetimes of only about three years where you should treat it nicely and not overload it.....
