Thanks, that's helpful information. Do you know any specific codecs that work or fail? I have everything in mp4 or iTunes format, and I can accept having to reformat once or twice in testing but would prefer to avoid known problematic codecs.
Maybe it's the underlying codec that is the trigger issue for OP.
