I was driving back home today in the E46 M3 and spotted a car in Blue Spy that I've never seen before. After making a U-Turn and catching up with it, I couldn't really tell what it was. Looked very exotic though. Upon closer inspection, it's the BMW i8!!

It sounded very cool when accelerating. Took some pictures and video to share with you guys. The guy definitely wasn't happy I was following him! Sorry for the bad quality - I was so excited that I didn't upshift, so you can hear the M3 revving a bit.. But then again it's electric so you didn't miss much there

I've driven the BMW i3 at a BMW event in Las Vegas and was thoroughly impressed with the car. It had tons of mid-range torque. Can't wait to get in the drivers seat of this bad boy!
