ok, so let me get this straight, the fact that the battery is equal charge after a test is due to recharging of the regenerative brakes (makes sense) or does it simply turn off the electric motors? Do you have any other details about this. Link maybe?

What brands use the battery load? and why is it allowed to test either way.
