Leasing deals on CA i3s?
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com I'm looking at a 3yr/10k lease. Hopefully the clean air rebate is still in effect as well as the federal $7500 rebate. On that note, how do those rebates work? Are they automatically rolled into the lease or are they separate?

There's an income cap now for the state rebate for new applications. If you file joint returns and make over $300k, or file single and make over $150k, you may get the application denied. I say you "may" because it seems like not all applications are audited. Maybe I'm misreading the application process.
