It’s just $9,900 lease credit with MF and residuals being zip code specific ( west coast gets better ones than the rest of the country), at least they were for MY24.

I am looking to lease a ‘24 or ‘25 iX50 in SoCal. Any recommendations for a broker? Has anyone used the Leasehackr “Negotiated Deals”? The one for iX50 says NorCal, so not sure I can leverage it…

TYIA for guidance!

I used LeaseHACKR to find & vet a broker that I also saw recommendations from here.

I used smithf80. I'm pretty sure he is part of a national organization that serves all of California.

I used Auto Companion. Very pleased with the experience and a great deal.

This is the official BMW lease offer for 2024 iX xDrive50 published on bmwusa.com for your zip code! Why are you asking if it’s good?

You're right. I read the guide in the first and second post. I'm considering leasing it, but I'm not sure what's "good." I've only financed before this. So I'm looking for some guidance on which parts of the official offer are not "good," and should be negotiated. For example, I know MSRP should be negotiated, but how much? etc.

10% or more of MSRP before any other incentives (e. g. $9,900 BMW lease credit) and not marked up money factor is a good deal.

I really appreciate that. Does the residual and MF look good to you? Or room for negotiation?

Residual cannot be negotiated

Base mf cannot, but can be bought down with refundable multiple security deposits (MSDs).

Use leasehackr calculator.

Assuming this is a 2025, check the Edmunds forum where you can find out the current MF and residual for your zip code depending on model (base vs M60) and annual mileage:

Yes, the residual is correct and as already noted it cannot be changed or negotiated. It looks like the money factor is for iX 50 for 10,000 miles which seems to be correct for your zip code but check the already mentioned Edmunds forum to confirm.
