I'll register a vote for the NSX over the i8. From a performance and exterior/interior appeal perspective. The i8 does nothing for me in terms of looks.

Lol. While everyone has its opinions on design, you can't deny that the i8 is laughable next to the NSX when it comes to performance. If I had the money I would take neither, but wouldn't even consider the i8 in any way at all.
And there's people that say that BMW doesn't need a 911 competitor because we have the i8 |

The i8 with stage 1 tuning and a lightweight titanium exhaust does 0-60 in 2.8 sec I will soon post a video on You tube- the i8 technology wise is much more developed but BMW could have offered an i8 with a better electric output to get the launch speed even faster

Weird thing about the NSX - it's brand new, but I'm already bored with the styling.

It's supposed to be BMW's vision of the future: highly efficient sports cars. So they wanted to build one that would have mpg's that can quell the environmentalists, but also the performance that will keep Bimmer fans happy. An incredibly tough feat to combine both into one. If you look at it from that perspective, I think the i8 has done very well. I'm in the market for a new car, and the i8 is a top list contender. 911 S is another. Really not sure what I want to do or get. Some minor things annoy me about i8, and they may be deal breakers. |

I'm laughing right now. The people talking shit on the i8 and it's look, and it's power are people that have M3's and M4's.
You have to ask yourself, maybe some jealousy? The NSX is nice and I think I may get one here soon.. in conjunction with the i8 though. |

Disappointment and jealousy are two very different things.
