I actually kind of like the orange. Odd considering I wouldn't normally want something that loud on a car (except maybe something in Ferrari territory). But I kind of like that this little car would stand out more on the road for safety reasons (or at least my perception of added safety…). But it's also an odd/different looking car, so seems like the perfect chance to choose (slightly) unusual colors. With the 20" wheels, I think it looks pretty cool. The one thing I can't get used to is the smushed, pug-like nose….

I've only had mine a short while, but it is nearly impossible to actually judge where the front end is. The ultra-sonic sensors do come on when you approach something, but they are not a guarantee it can see everything. But, since the overall length is fairly short, you don't normally have to pull into a parking space all that closely. I have not tried the auto-parking function yet.

I think the car would legitimately get too hot, even sitting for 30 minutes in the summer the car gets VERY hot

They're all black on the surfaces that collect the most heat - the horizontal ones. The color of the remaining (mostly vertical) surfaces will not contribute as much to heat gain when the sun is highest in the sky.

Exactly. IIRC there have been tests done and black cars were found to be no less or very little hotter than other colored cars. Most cars heat up because of a green house effect where the solar heat comes through the glass of the car but can't escape the interior. If I get a white one, I'll get POLITZI written on the side.
