Check engine light - Mixture too rich (118002)

A little while ago Check engine light appeared. I read fault codes with BimmerLink and reason for fault was "Mixture too rich - 118002").

I cleared fault codes and couples of days it was OK but then again, check engine light apperead.

Engine runs well in high speeds - really no issues. Only in slow speeds and idling sometimes the engine runs a little poorly and shakes from time to time.

Has anyone else has this issue and any clues what it could be?

2015 model and about 65k miles.

2016 48K miles. Similar issue...some low speed engine performance variability and check engine light...turned out to be O2 sensors. BMW dealer checked for leaking fuel injectors but isolated to O2 sensors...they replaced the O2 sensors and runs great now.

There is a bulletin on this- could be the crankcase ventilation system issue built into the valve cover.
