I have been given a brand new I8 demo car whilst my M6 GC is in for a service, i was very sceptical of the I8 but after 24hrs of living it, I can conclude its bloody fantastic even though its a 3 cylinder engine. I'd gladly trade in my M6 for one of these. So easy to drive, pleasing on the eye and a great drive.
Shame it goes back tomorrow !! |

And welcome to the i8. I was originally thinking M6 but also got sold on the i8 after a day with it. |

I agree that the doors add some supercar appeal. I used to think that they were a bit gimmicky but I have grown quite fond of them. |

I had a M6. i8 is a much better car than M6. M6 is heavy and bulky. Once you drive it for a while there is no going back to M6
