Hello, I have two 2016 BMW i3 Rex models available for lease assumption in Southern California.

1. Monthly payment with 7.75% tax: $73.85
downpayment to take over: $2300
has 3M tint
mutiple security deposit due back to you at end of lease: $700
lease ends: 30JUL18
months left: 12
total mileage: 20,010
current mileage: 6,700
Color: White
MSRP $48,545

2. Monthly payment with 7.75% tax: $99.30
downpayment to take over: $1800
has carpool Green Sticker
has 3M tint
mutiple security deposit due back to you at end of lease: $700
lease ends: 01AUG18
months left: 12
total mileage: 20,100
current mileage: 11,700
color: Black
MSRP $54,245

Must be BMW FS approved and there is a $500 fee to transfer the car to your name. Process takes about 3 weeks.

At asking price I will pay your first payment and registration for the next year.

ahhh okay.. thanks for that
if in the northeast i would have jumped all over it as my wife has been wanting to test the waters on an I3. A short term low cost lease would have been perfect..

In for one pending more info. Was the HOV sticker applied for on the white one? Can you PM/email/text me better pics of both? My in-laws were just telling me they were considering an i3.

Also, where in SoCal? We can get it done this week.

Congrats! Forgive my questions, the lease assumption idea is still new to me. How does the downpayment figure into the deal? The MSDs that the old leaser paid will issued to the new leaser, but it will be recovered by the old leaser though the downpayment? Any additional balance is simply compensation right?

Seems like a decent deal, I have to look into more of these lease assumptions.

Thanks, down payment is basically money to me in order to take over my lease payment. In this case I ended up paying the next year registration and first months payment with this money. Also new lessee will get my $700 MSD at lease end.
