Question i8 inbuilt hard drive

I can't see a delete option for the i8 HDD.

How do you delete media files on it?

Once you get to the folder of the media file you want to delete, hit the option button below your idrive round controller.

Worked perfectly

I can also confirm the i8 HDD is just 20GB.

I found today that whilst the i8 will play videos perfectly (MP4) from a USB device, it will not transfer those files to its own HDD

Interesting, I didn't know it can play videos. Will it do so even with the car in motion?

Not by default, but you can enable this via coding.

I doubt it will in motion, but I will have my passenger test it. Just to find out.

Not worth coding the car for that, but thanks and noted
