White i8 with Avant Garde M615 wheels
Last week I had some new wheels installed on my i8. I elected to try the Avant Garde M615 wheels painted in a brushed stainless finish. They are 22" and the pics shown are with a stock suspension setup.

I like my standard wheels, generally aftermarket don't do much for me as too over the top. These however I like.
As Ericsi said, options in 20/21 inch would be useful and more to my taste. I think these wheels are my fave way to get to wider rubber.

I'm in the process of breaking in the new tires. They definitely have a larger contact patch than the stock tires. I left my winter tires on my stock wheels and will use these for the summer. I have to drive the car more to give you a better answer.
Overall initial impressions... hasn't changed much from the roads that I've driven on. Basically I drove back on the highway and then it was parked in the garage. Had a business trip after so I couldn't drive it. |
