Hi there,
I am a happy owner of a i3s from 2020, however I have the version with small display and no Navi. Not a big deal for me as I prefer google maps and ABRP, so I am considering retrofit Android Auto.

Now I just found a great deal on a EVO Head Unit + Touch Drive controller + 10'' Display. Considering potential selling of my parts then I would likely look only at 200-400€ invest + time. Looking at resell-value increase this would be worth it I believe.

Now to the question: I failed to find a post or experience in doing a head unit, controller and display upgrade for the Evo version. Can anyone give me a feeling if this is manageable from mounting, wiring (new harness needed?) and coding perspective?
