Hopefully that's what the future will hold 10-20 years from now

I think most of what we saw here is plausible within 10 year or so.
I like how BMW are heading and the way they're position themselves for the future. Should be a bright one.

All of these features are already here on "factory test cars" in Germany. BMW, Audi and MB are building a auto-network where cars can talk to each other and notify other cars of road hazards. This is near production ready. The future isn't as far away as one thinks. Its more that our road laws are holding us back, as technical advances in car designs and features come out. Just look at Laser headlights in the USA. I think we will see most of this technology in less than five years time.

The bureaucracy is holding features back for now. But the laws should also be pretty strick with the auto drive features imo, i guess the mapping should be also spot on. But i like where it's headed. The i8 spider is just forgeous also!

GTA VI
This whole video felt like Grand Theft Auto to me. It's all computer generated. Nice tech. If you're stuck in boring traffic, who wouldn't want the car to take over.

I imagine it'll have a map of nearby parking garages or find a spot on the street. I remember seeing a demo of an i3 doing this. Paying for parking is something they'll have to think about though.

Find a spot on the street? That's downtown L.A. All of the parking on the street will be taken. And if a space opens up some other car will barge in there before the polite computer can get the car in.
