Driving i8 in Snow

Just installed the BMW winter tire and wheel package on my i8 after having some serious control issues in the snowstorm a few weeks ago using the stock tires.

In snow conditions, what are the best settings for maximum control? Eco Drive? Comfort? Electric motor (if charge isn’t depleted)?

Any driving tips in winter conditions are most appreciated.

I’d say comfort with eco pro mode on would give you the most safe and linear acceleration for conditions like that

When the I8 detects slippery conditions it activates four wheel traction where appropriate. So either mode is fine. A full battery is helpful.

Sport Mode, with a gentle right foot is optimal on snow and ice.

Are you currently driving your i8 in the Chicago winter? How does it handle in the snow with the winter tires?

It handles well when you're in the proper modes.
Having either comfort or sport with traction control on does fairly well, braking distance increases but not bad.
