i4 Render - Thoughts on Looks?

A render of the i4 was released on yesterday and it is radical and seems very close to the concept.

Overall I like it. Only criticism is the kidney grille being separated. I'd like to see them either closer together or connected like the iX3.

What about you guys?

What does that even mean?

I personally like it, though I felt the concept looked better due to no fake grille.

im saying it looks too much like a model 3/s when it should look more like a 3/5 series.

Thats an interesting observation. So, even though the cost would be lower should it share characteristics with the 3 series, you think it would be better to share more with the 4/5 series?

I'd prefer it to be more of a 4 series grand coupe size myself with a little more 5 series level luxury (i.e. suspension tuning)

From the pictures, I can't tell how big this concept is, but are making plans to make either the i4 or the Porsche Mission E/Taycan (how horrid a name).

It's fine.

I would like it even more if it was competitively priced, and available for sale before MY'21 or '22.
8 years between i-model launches might be exactly what BMW does with its traditional cars, but it just doesn't cut it in EV world.

As it stands, by the time i4 launches, I will be driving a Tesla.

I really like it. I am eager to jump onto the all electric bandwagon (had a hybrid already) and Tesla's don't do it for me. I think the model S and X are nice, but I see them everyday and they are pricey. I like the Model 3 but tough to get. With that said, in a couple of years, it may be a choice between the i4 and Model 3.

Don't like the side DLO glass graphic, lacks direction and also harkens to Kia grill design not Bmw. Even though Bmw started playing with it Kia had it first.

Find another direction

Garage List
way too overstyled. But this is very concepty and I doubt the production car would look anything like this.
