I was talking with an i8 owner at a show and he was thinking that there would be no back seat in the Spyder... Seems like the i8 has to have a back seat, no? Isn't a tax classification or something issue? It would be a bummer to loose that storage space.

What do you guys think?

I hope it loses the back seats and becomes a simple shelf space where I can through carry on sized luggage. That's what I currently use my i8's back seats for anyways.

I am using back seats as storage areas too . It's too bad losing back seats in favor of cabriolet because we tested ,not the most comfortable sitting position though, a 1.80 centimeters tall could fit in the back seats .At least in short trips it works
Just in case, you may need to carry two adults or hot chicks however it would be impossible to hop over chicks in the back in cabrio then
