Heated Steering Wheel, Mini
For those in cold climates who enjoy heated steering wheel on their other cars, it would be great to have it in the i3.
I am guessing the reason not, is that it uses power to heat the whole steering wheel. How about if they only heated the 3-4 inches at 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock. This would reduce the power demand on the battery by a factor of 6 or so. What do you think? The alternate is to just wear gloves. Well, I believe that I can control a steering wheel much better with bare hands than with gloves on. Sounds like a win-win. You would also not have to use as much cabin hear nor as much heated seat power. What do you think? Bailyhill

I agree, that's one of the only missing features in my eyes.
I would even be willing to take a small hit in battery consumption simply because half the time I only use the seat warmer and heated steering wheel in my X3.
