I cannot believe I have not heard more Tesla Model S comparisons here!!! I own a Model S 85KW and a e92 M3. So I am a BMW fan! Bottom line is the Tesla kills the i8!!!! Looks are subjective, but I have people taking pictures and videoing my car every day on the freeways, so I think it is safe to say the Tesla has looks too.

I have a range of over 250 miles a day and a Supercharging network that is free. i8 will get killed in all, and I mean ALL areas of performance by the Model S.

They should have retooled the i8 more than they already did when Tesla came out with the Model S.

For $150,000 the i8 needs to be 0-60 in 4 seconds, 100+ MPGe, seat 4, and be the most modern thing on the road. And that would mean it ties, not beats, the Model S.

Just my 2cents.

I just realized I had not updated my cars in the profile area, so I wanted to post again after doing so in case there were those that were picky.
