Im not in a rush but I always figured that its easier to negotiate hard on a unit on the lot than an ordered car (unless u have some contacts or go through a broker) but most of the cars on the lot are all >100K and I didnt want most of the options thats added on there. Might as well wait on the sideline and see how this pans out
The LCI is going to be 2026 mode year. The deal probable won't be as good the first year with all the upgrades. If you can wait till the end of this year it's likely the deal/discount can even be better.
I don't think MF is going to be much better than the current program at 0.0005 regardless of interst rate movenent. This rate is heavily subsidized.

I would talk first to a broker. smithf80 is active in this forum as well as LeaseHACKR. He helped me get a great deal on my iX and I highly recommend him.

It looks like lease programs for 24' and 25' are the same. That's kind of odd. Guess it would mean remaining 24' will have larger dealer discount, perhaps more than 10% off?

Good lease deal on IX?

I'm new to leasing and am negotiating with my local BMW dealer on a 2024 IX 50. I want a 36 month lease with 15,000 miles.
For a MSRP of $101,110, they are offering $897/month with $7,000 down. Includes a $10,100 discount from MSRP and a $10,400 rebate.
MF is 0.0009, 51% RV.
Take or keep negotiating?

MF is marked up - it's 0.0005 in your zip. As a general rule never pay any money down on a lease - you can Google why. $10,110 discount is 10% off MSRP which is pretty good. I am not sure what is meant by $10,400 rebate - does it include the $9,900 lease credit from BMW Financial? Also, I am not sure why they are not including the standard $925 lease acquisition fee that BMW Financial charges.

Did the iX leasing program change on May 1 '24? The $9900 ($7500+$2400) incentive seems to have disappeared on several dealer lease calculators I checked. Can't do anything until I hear from MB about Lemon Law on my EQB but now concerned with the potential loss of $9900 in incentives.

It's still showing on the BMW offers page:

Also, I noticed the 2025 free charging offer has changed. It's no longer unlimited 30 minute sessions for 2 years.

Instead it is:

As a 2025 BMW iX driver, you’ll also enjoy complimentary charging with Electrify America for 2 years or 1,000 kWh whichever comes first. 1,000 kWh is an estimated 3,000 miles of driving based on average EPA values of i4, i5, and iX model variants. Miles may vary due to model configuration, driving style and conditions.

Not being tied to EA is not a bad thing. But free charging for 2 years is nice. Glad I got in in March.

No surprise; BMW is limiting its financial exposure to the limited number of owner/lessees who are frequent EA users. Won’t affect most of us who home charge primarily…though road trippers might also get hit. Checked my averages…I use EA about 100 KwH per month…though I have only taken a few regional road trips. I suspect I am the norm.

Was able to confirm that the $9900 applies only to 2024. Now need to hope that MB lemons my EQB300 in time to snag a remaining 2024.

I think you might be mistaken about this. If you look at the iX leasing offers on the BMWUSA website it still shows the $9900 credit being applied to 2025 models.

You're absolutely right. It somehow reappeared after on May 1 just showing on 2024's for the several dealer calculators I checked. Now even the 2025's show the $9900.

Not true, $9,900 lease credit applies to 2025 as well. See here - https://forums.edmunds.com/discussio...tes-and-prices. This Edmunds forum has the info straight from BMW Financial.
