(Dis)Connected Drive
My 2019 i8 Roadster lost all Connected Services. In the options you can choose to log in, which hangs without any progress or error, or to update the service but that option is in gray an unavailable. The car has internet (remote services work) and my Connected Drive account via Web shows all the booked active services that should be there and have been. The car also doesn't use the power search for navigation targets anymore but only address input. BMW seems a little lost in finding the root cause remotely. No other issues with the car, everything else works perfectly.
Anyone experienced something similar? |

...in case anyone is interested, BMW had to do a deeper level factory reset than users can do and (for now) it works again.
