If your considering an i8 and you have kids. My kids fit in the back seat. My kids love driving with me in the i8 windows down of course!

I've been wondering this. I wonder if the pre-teen/teenager will fit.

A friend of mine fit in the car rear seats , similar size as me , 1.81 meters and Medium sized however he said rear seats wouldn't be that comfortable for long trips .He had to sprawl his legs to sit comfortably .During the test drive he sat behind the passenger seat and the passenger was also tall like us a short detail

My three sons are 6'4", 6'3", 6'1". They are still growing a bit. I'm 6'3". And now a car seat for the three-year-old. It has been very helpful to read about your experiences with the rear seat and space for luggage, groceries etc. Fortunately the big ones are away at college; but thinking that I might wait on the i8 until after xmas and they have gone back to their colleges -- maybe there will be some January sales on the i8 ?!. I have downsized from Honda odyssey -> E90 335 -> F80 M3 -> Prius -> ... i8. Logically the next move is to the BMW S1000rr.

I understand that logic. I went Landcruiser to M5 to Chevy Volt to i8. Who knows what's next.

After a few cocktails there was no attempt (on their part) at decency on the way back in.
