Taking apart the dash

I need to get behind the dash to retrieve a lost parking card. How do i get behind the dash below the air vents?
The card fell between the windshield and dash where the VIN number is.

Are you sure it wont be easier to just get a new parking card?

Oh man. I didn't know that could happen... my worst lost parking card was when the rental car CD player ate it (back in the old days when cars came with CD players)
