Stealth tech hitch or alternatives

I’m debating adding a hitch. I know a few people have a stealth tech hitch. How do you feel about them? Anyone using another Brand hitch?

Had a Ford f250 driver stop me at the post office yesterday admiring the iX & asking questions. Said he would buy one if he could get a hitch.
Are there hitches available for US iXs?
