Added some new edited photos

Wrapped the car in satin with Xpel. Good friend Eddie at Detailing Dynamics added some fun red accents. I also added the ///M color (2 colors) on the side skirts.

Is the matte blue wrapped?

I'm having no luck getting a meet up together in Southern California. I think all the cars are in used dealer's collections for sale at ridiculous sums over the MSRP. I haven't seen another one on the road here yet. (Except the test fleet back in the Spring.)

Yes it's wrapped! Satin XPEL

AKA Xpel Stealth which is a PPF that makes any Gloss/Metallic colour Matte/Matte Metallic(Frozen). The Metallic clearly still shows through the film

I would maybe just wrap the front grille in black if it was me. You make me want an i8 so bad!

I put 2 on the road in SoCal myself, but the owners aren't really enthusiasts. One in LA one in OC.

Wow rare sighting to have two blue i8's. Guess the only other time we'll see this is at the dealer service dept getting the recall gas tanks checked

Yes, those defective gas tanks seem to have stirred up a lot of interest among non i8 owners.
