I've no idea why they made that video, it explained nothing about carbon fibre other than its light strong etc stuff we already know. The question is what's new in the way bmw use it?

Probably a prelude to the upcoming announcements of how BMW is using CFRP in other models like the new 7-series.

Not everyone knows what you or I know.

One thing they didn't touch on is the proprietary cloth weave pattern used for their production process. I would like to know more about that.
