How difficult and expensive is retrofitting homelink?

So you’re not so alone out there, I’ll venture a guess: inside mirror unit will have to be replaced. Probably not more complicated than that. That said, I have Homelink, and it worked fine for my slightly older generation garage gate motor. I now have a new one, with some sort of two-way code technology that’s supposed to be more secure. I have not yet been able to code my Homelink for this new setup.
