There's a thread on it and a fix. Dig in.

Here's one, but it's not the thread I'm thinking of:

I see some scratches on the side of your seat. I had the same thing on my car. The dealer fixed it. File your belt clip. It's very sharp, and it will cause more damage.
Someone found a solution, with photos. Can't find it now for the life of me. Sorry.

I had this problem. File the buckle's sharp edge. The dealer fixed the deep scratches to perfection.

Well, mp, when you don't pay for it don't be disappointed when you don't get it. We tried to help you and the solution was provided but apparently you need it spoon fed. I wonder, then, if you'd show manners and give thanks. I doubt it.

And I thought it was Americans who were rude. I learn something new every day.

Well if you had let it run it's course I would have thanked everbody who had helped me to conclude the evidence req, but I think you started the no manners thing ! Anyway thanks for spoon feeding offer I will decline the offer however 😃 and carry on trying to get some concrete proof in black And white as I am sure you would if you had been in my situation thanks for your help !

Hi, did you get any help from BMW UK? I've got the same issue and BMW UK. Tell me that they are not aware of this issue and think I might have caused the damage
