I feel that anyone with a serious interest in the future of the automobile, in the individual freedom it provides, and with means, should purchase one. This vehicle isn't an evolution; it's a revolution in vehicle design, material usage and driver interface. I love that BMW took the necessary resources to develop a hybrid that has 414 hp and does 80-90 mpg. I look forward to the day when I can take one home.

Now drop a twin-turbo V8 in there couple with suspension and brakes to match, slap an M badge on there and I'll be happier than a pig rolling in $H!T

Looks like BMW took an R8 and switched a few Audi features to BMW features.

Sure, if you're Hellen Keller I could see how you would draw that comparison.

so sad you can't order the car in a solid color.

so sad you have to have dumb blue accents on a 130,000 dollar car.

can't i just haz this in all black, without any damn blue around the fake grill?

too gimicky for my taste.

(no offense to those who have ordered, i'm sure you will love this car).

beating a dead horse here...

If only they elected to fight the R8 with a M1 using the I8 looking car which is very hot IMHO. 600HP.

But the I8 is the hottest looking innovative electric car.

My friends are making fun of the 1.5 engine(I explained its 362hp but to no avail) but damn.....this car is so beautifulllll.... ....This color really wants me to be a eco/tree hugger...plus, I suppose this is the only midengine with rear seats unless you count a carrera s as one. So it will be exclusive. Lets see how it drives
