Minimum laptop requirements for coding?

I want to give coding my new 2017 i3 (Business navigation) REx a try. All I am looking to do is to have the option to turn on the motor at 74%. What are the minimum pc laptop requirements needed to do it? For $150 I can get this Lenova Ideapad 110S - Windows 10 laptop with an Intel Celeron processor; 11.6" display; 2GB memory; 32GB eMMC Flash Memory, Bluetooth; HDMI output; Office 365 1 Year Subscription Note: DVD/CD drive not included. Would it be good enough to code with?

FWIW, I used my daughter's Ideapad 100S (only Windows PC at home as I switched over to Mac a while back) for coding without any issue. The only downside is that it takes longer time to complete the coding process as it is lacking computing power. I'd think you should have no problem using a 110S. Good luck!

My wife bought a sewing machine that has been sitting in the box for the last year. It needs a windows laptop to run. She does know it yet but I bought her one. It is just a coincidence that I can use it too. I bought this computer.

I figured I might as well buy one I know will have the power to do what I need. I am also all Macs here.

You may want to delete some PSdZ directories if you only have 2GB ram.

Software will run, though slow.

I bought a HP - 15.6" Laptop - AMD A6-Series - 4GB Memory - 500GB Hard Drive. It seems to run the software well all the way up to an error code when trying to read SVT. I cannot get past this error code:
PSdZ Error

Generate SVT_Ist failed. [C105]
job failed with negative response error:
code: service returned global negative response
description: Service RC_VCM_GEN_SVT returned a negative
response with response code requestOutOfRange; ECU: VCM_ETHERNET
severity: ERROR
