Aftermarket wheel options

So I'm looking into wheels for my i3. Essentially since there are no winter tire options for the 20inch wheels and winter approaching I kinda need to get on it.

Is anyone running wider wheels/tires? What offsets are best for this car? What about running an 18inch rim?

I've seen Adv.1 in an old thread although the photos don't seem to render anymore. I know companies like PUR, Rotiform and Avant Garde will custom build wheels but I wouldn't know where to start for perfect fitment that might also also make the look be a bit more flush.

worst case .... anyone looking to trade

You will want/need to go with 19" wheels+tires for winter rubber.

For winter traction, you want the tires to be narrower (or stock), not wider.
There are 2 known winter tires that fit i3 sizes as of today: Bridgestone Blizzak LM-500's and Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2.

Both come in 19" sizes.
