Considering a wrap

hope everyone is doing well, i am debating wrapping my car. while the white paint is so deep & nice with the blue accents, i just see far too many in that color, & i want uniqueness. how does a nardo grey/ black accents replacing the blue sound? nardo grey is one of my favorite colors ever, & i think it would look awesome on the i8. thoughts?

I thought about wrapping mine a nardo gray but backed out last minute because of the gloss and the contrasting black panels all over the car. I opted to go with frozen grey and couldn't be happier.

The best color for this car so far imo are red(s), win, red burgandy, and blue's like San Marino.. aka blueberry on 3m wrap. The rest including flat black are ok..

Here is mine...

I bought the car already wrapped. I do not know the cost nor the color. I will keep the wrap on through the winter as it adds protection. I planned on taking it off, but I am getting positive feedback and although I find it loud, others seem too like it...

I think wrapping is a great idea to protect your paint and to try a different color without spending too much money. However, note that if you're i8 has lots of paint damage from rock chips, etc., they may be problematic when the wrap comes off. I'm sure the wrap company will consult with you regarding this issue. Also, typically, wraps SHOULD come off in 2-3 years to avoid paint damage. Of course, people have left it longer without any issues. I just bought a Type-R for my daily and took it to the wrap shop as soon I as purchased it to get it wrapped. I'll keep my i8 the way it is since I didn't wrap it sooner, but I'm thinking of wrapping all my cars as soon as I buy them from now on.

It is Blue Chrome Wrap, that picture does not show the reflective chrome look. It is little much for me, but I like the protection. It is Protonic blue underneath. It gets A LOT of attention. My girlfriend likes it more than I do.
