Sorry if this has been asked before. I’m new to this. Why does my i3 stop charging? Charged it twice at a public station. Stopped at 63% once next time stopped at 70%. No one unplugged me. Why am I not getting a full charge?

What kind of public charger was it? If you are using the ChargeNow DC Fast free charging program with EVgo stations, they only charge for 30 minutes before shutting off. You can initiate a second session and charge more if you'd like, but the station will shut off after 30 mins when you're using the free charging pregram.

I had the same experience. My first time using a level3. Charged 30 minutes at 360V, 100A. Went from 10% to 65% charge and stopped. So, next time I will try reinitiating the charger.
