Not just in SoCal. You get fleet discount if you work for a participating company - $10,000. The catch - you have to buy it, it doesn't apply to lease. If you lease - it is only $500.

When I was getting my 2017 a few months ago, the buy discounts for me were about $25k in total versus $17k on lease, I have fleet, cca, loyalty, etc. Reason I did not considering buying was they are impossible to sell used, you end up taking a bath. Residual of my 2yr 15k miles/yr is $34k, no way you can sell anywhere close to that after 2yrs 30k miles.
